Jubilee Fantasy Nite’10 

The Holy Emmanuel Church Moratuwa celebrates it’s 150 th Anniversary on 27 th December 2010. The Church and the Sunday School is involved in spreading the word of God to it’s children and the community helping them to enhance their quality of life.  Over 750 children from a very tender age to adulthood are nurtured spiritually at this Sunday School which has produced Bishops, Priests and eminent personalities some of whom hold key positions in the state and private sectors. 

The time has come to extend the Sunday School hall due to the inability of accommodating the increasing number of children seeking admission. Hence we are now in the process of building a new hall to cater to this need.  This costs approximately Rs 34 Million. 

The Fantasy Nite ’10 will be held on Saturday 31 st July 2010 commencing at 2.30 pm at the Sunday School premises  This is a fund raising project organized on a grand scale and will include plenty of entertainment for all age groups, trade stalls distributing and selling various items and food stalls.  The climax will be a grand musical show and a magnificent fire woks display at mid night.
